The scope of work included full surface preparation and finish application throughout unit interiors, common areas, and select exterior elements, executed in close coordination with the general contractor to meet project schedules and quality standards.

Scope of work included full preparation and finish painting of exterior siding, lintels, and architectural trim elements. Work was executed in coordination with the general contractor to meet schedule, quality, and durability requirements.

 Interior painting and finish work completed throughout shared amenity spaces, including lobbies, lounges, seating areas, and circulation corridors. Finishes were applied to maintain consistency, durability, and a high-quality appearance across all common areas.
